Oversight and Accountability
The ASAP board based in Yardley, PA receives funds primarily from American donors. Our financial management team includes board treasurer Linda McGowan, a retired Vice President at Price Waterhouse Cooper, and Evette Pettaway, (in the photo below) who has managed funds for nonprofits and businesses. Donations are wired periodically to the bank account of the ASAP South Africa board who oversee fiscal management in South Africa along with a separate accounting firm. Regular financial reports are shared between the two ASAP boards.
