Our Mission

Adopt a South African Preschool funds training and resources to make early childhood education accessible to disadvantaged children who would otherwise miss the lifelong benefits of a quality preschool experience.

ASAP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Pennsylvania with a new board in South Africa.

Julie, a donor, says about this 3-minute video: “The smiles on the little ones and the women say so much. Each child who is prepared to succeed in school changes a family, a community, a country. This is so inspiring!”

ASAP’s Fifth Birthday Was Valentine’s Day 2025! ❤️
- ASAP was born February 14, 2020 when funds reached South Africa for the first of our 8 libraries of educational toys. Five years later:
  1. ASAP supports the learning of 10,790 children, 1,162 women, and 223 informal daycares to become preschools!
  2. No longer a “toddler” organization, ASAP attained 501(c)3 nonprofit status in 2023.
  3. We also have an excellent ASAP board in South Africa.
